Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the watch is in its original condition with all protective films, tags, and the warranty card intact before our courier arrives for pickup.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch back in its original Alba presentation box and secure it inside a shipping carton to prevent any damage during transit.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technical team verifies the product's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
